Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be arranged via contact form, email, or agreed booking methods. Sessions are confirmed once agreed and payment arrangements are in place.


Fees & Payment

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.


Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential and conducted in line with professional and ethical guidelines. Limits to confidentiality will be clearly explained where there is risk of harm or legal obligation.


Supervision

Clinical supervision is provided in accordance with professional standards. It is the responsibility of the supervisee to ensure they meet the requirements of their professional body or training course.
