 Inner Journey Counselling Services provides confidential one-to-one counselling for Checkatrade employees. Individuals are offered a private and supportive space in which they can explore personal or work-related difficulties with a qualified counselling professional.

Our approach 
Inner Journey works as a responsive and relationship-based counselling provider. The service is designed to offer employees continuity, discretion and direct access to professional support without the complexity of a large, impersonal system. 

Counselling remains confidential between the individual and the counsellor, subject to the usual legal, ethical and safeguarding limits. Checkatrade does not receive details about the content of counselling sessions.
