Counselling can support a wide range of issues, including:
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Low mood or depression
  • Work-related pressure or burnout
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Life changes and transitions
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit — counselling can also help with understanding yourself better and improving overall wellbeing.
Yes, all counselling sessions are confidential.
Confidentiality is maintained in line with professional and ethical guidelines.
The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law. This will always be explained clearly at the start of your sessions.

This varies depending on your needs.
Some clients benefit from short-term support (for example 6–12 sessions), while others may wish to continue for longer.
We will review this together to ensure the support is right for you.

You can get in touch via the contact form or email to arrange an initial conversation.
We will discuss your needs and match you with the most appropriate counsellor or service option.

We offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on availability and suitability.
Low-cost counselling through Aspire Counselling Academy is available in-person only and during daytime hours.

Qualified counsellors have completed their training and are fully qualified to practice independently.
Trainee counsellors are completing their professional training and working towards qualification.
